Major General David M. Mize, R.S. Marine Corps Retired and Malcolm Ehrhardt, The Ehrhardt Group.
Major General David Mize was the Commanding General of Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune which won the award as the Corps best base in 2002. He finished his active duty career with thirty-four and a half years of service in the Marine Corps. His personal decorations include the Defense Distinguished Service Medal, the Distinguished Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star, Two Navy Commendation Medals, and the Combat Action Ribbon.
