In order to propose a firm for membership in G.N.O.E.A., the proposer must first complete an application in its entirety. Once submitted, this proposal has four hurdles to clear before an invitation can be extended: The Classification Committee, The Membership Committee, The Board of Directors and the membership at large.
In completing this proposal, please remember two important facts:
1. No person or corporation who holds membership in any similar organization where business leads are exchanged and reciprocity trading encouraged shall be eligible for membership in G.N.O.E.A.
2. The rights of membership rest jointly with the firm and the individual and any change in either requires a new application for membership. The executives representing a member firm in G.N.O.E.A. shall be an owner, partner, offficer or other high-level key executive occupying a full-time position with their firm and involved in the policy and decision making process on a day-to-day basis. Executive representative shall occupy a position in his her firm on the same level as other executives in G.N.O.E.A., have contact with other business and professional people of executive caliber and possess high ethical standards.
