Leslie Alley is the Deputy Director with the New Orleans City Planning Commission. Â Ms. Alley has worked for the City of New Orleans for the past fifteen years where she previously served as the Zoning Administrator with the Department of Safety and Permits and as the Planning Administrator for the City Planning Commission. Â Mrs. Alley has a B.A. inÂ Political Science from Rhodes College and M.A. in Public Administration from University of Memphis. Â Â
