Wade R. Ragas was a guest of GNOEA on November 11, 2014. Â He holds a doctorate from the Ohio State University in Real Estate and Urban Analysis and professional credentials as a MAI, SRA, and SREA.

For 30 years he directed a wide range of applied real estate research projects at the University of New Orleans through the Real Estate Market Data Center. His fields of expertise include complex property evaluations (including class actions), real estate market/feasibility studies, hotel/restaurant valuations, environmental impacts on property valuations, real estate market/feasibility studies, pipeline ROW valuations, economic impact studies, going concern business valuations and wetland need assessments.
