Victor A. Landry III (Vic) is currently the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway (GIWW) and Bonnet Carreâ€™ Spillway Operations Manager, Operations Division at the New Orleans District, Corps of Engineers.Â Vic was selected for this position in May 2007.Â As the GIWW Operations Manager, he is responsible for directing the operation and maintenance of Â the GIWW shallow draft waterway, 6 locks, and the Bonnet Carreâ€™ Spillway.Â There are 96 employees that comprise the GIWW team.Â He is also the Operations Division representative for the District EOC.Â
