How is your business handling inflation and the current economy?

Membership Roundtable Discussion

Facilitated by President Elect Jesse Hoppes, Leaaf Environmental and Secretary/Treasurer Philip Rebowe, Postlethwaite & Netterville CPA Firm

Thanks to member George Messina for catering this week’s networking event and roundtable discussion at the Rooftop on Basin.

Members were asked to gather by similar industry groups (4-6 per group) and share information on the impacts and their solutions to weather the current economical environment.  Each group had 20-30 minutes to discuss their top issues and the group’s team leader presented their concerns. Top of the list was recruiting and retaining new employees/staff and managing remote workers and their time on the job, followed by the cost of inflation and supply chain issues which ultimately cost businesses and the consumers more.
