The membership held a Roundtable Meeting led by Julie Couret, Founder, Julie Couret. Julie asked the members the following questions for their reflection:

 •Amount of A Players on your team, meaning you would enthusiastically rehire?

•Alignment of Entire Team with the Vision, Strategy & Plan? 

•Documentation, Training, & Measurement of Core Processes?

•Productivity of  your weekly meetings in driving Execution?

•Profitability compared to industry benchmarks?
