Todd G. Clower is the Vice President of Harbor Towing and Fleeting, LLC. As a third generation family member, Todd oversees the day-to-day operations of four push boats and Star Fleet, a red-flag fleeting facility in Algiers, LA. Since re-opening Star Fleet in 2010 due to damage sustained from Hurricane Katrina, he has helped the company to expand and grow through renovations and upgrades to vessels and equipment, as well has leading the company's compliance programs. Todd received a B.A. from Texas Christian University and an MBA from the University of New Orleans.
