Major Carl Saizan, (LSP retired) and Executive Secretary – Louisiana State Board of  Private Security Examiners

Saizan, a retired Major with the Louisiana State Police with over 38 years of law enforcement, has devoted most of his career to Public Safety and is now brings his expertise to serve the private security industry in Louisiana. The LSBPSE is the state regulatory body for the private contract security industry in Louisiana which provides industry licensure, registration, education, investigations, and compliance oversight.
