Board nominations for the January 1, 2023 – June 30, 2023 term: Alison Barrios (term expired 12/31/22 – move to program chair), John Lagarde and George Messina – terms expire on 12/31/22. John Zollinger (term expires 12/31/22 and moved to Secretary/Treasurer).  Philip Rebowe, Postlethwaite & Netterville, Richard Juge, Re/Max Commercial Brokers, Rudy Smith, Rudy Smith Services, Bill Dalton, Firefly Marketing, replacing Alison Barrios, John Lagarde, George Messina, John Zollinger.  No other nominations were submitted from the floor. All were in favor.

Jacquie Bonano, JB Communications, will continue to chair the Membership Committee, Alison Barrios, Program Chairman is looking for volunteers to help find speakers/topics, John Lagarde volunteered to assist with the Budget/Finance Committee.

Jacquie Bonano, JB Communications shared information about micro groups within the GNOEA membership. Members that belong to a business group meet about once a month with some sharing their business information amongst the group and/or ideas on how to handle or manage business issues/concerns. Members can also form their own group. If interested contact Cathy Vienne at execdir@gnoea.com.
