PROGRAM

Ron Blitch, Blitch/Knevel Architects, Inc. gave a preview of his upcoming presentation on the new Louisiana State University (LSU) Academic Medical Center. The projected $1.2 billion facility is part of a medical district which includes a new United States Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, currently under design.

Rudy Bierhuizen, Mike Posey Photography and Video are a full service studio designed to meet the imaging needs of the most discriminating clients. The studio is located in the heart of New Orleans at 3524 Canal Street. With 35 years of experience, they provide coverage in a most artistic and efficient manner.

Rudy explained his business is very stable and 90% of his business is now images for websites. His industry has had a recent benchmark survey on May 2012 and the results were the industry is under a lot of pressure. A good lead would be someone working on their website.

PROSPECTS FOR OPEN CLASSIFICATIONS

GNOEA is currently working on filling some of our open classification. We will be concentrating on two open classifications each month and would like for you to think about who you know in these fields that would be a good fit for us. Please be prepared with their name & company name at a breakfast meeting.
